Sushil brings with him an experience of over 32 years in diverse fields like Sales & Distribution; Marketing; Channel Management; Supply Chain Management; and Business & IT consulting. Sushil has been associated with Mahindra Logistics since 2011. In his earlier role as the Senior Vice President, Sushil was responsible for the Supply Chain Management at MLL. This included the verticals like Automotive, Consumer Goods, Pharma, e-commerce, Auto outbound and Bulk. Sushil is also a Director on the Board of Lords Freight & 2X2 Logistics.

Sushil is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from NITIE, Mumbai.

He began his career with Premier Automobiles Limited and worked in various capacities within the Sales & Marketing division there, including Marketing Head of FIAT in India. Sushil has also managed the business consulting vertical for Satyam & Anantara.

He is a regular speaker at various Industry forums and is known for his astute knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management. His innovative business practices has won him prestigious Platinum award for innovation in the business model. He has also been honoured with Supply Chain Visionary of the Year award by Express Logistics & Supply Chain Leadership Awards

Neeraj Balani

Neeraj has over 17 years of experience in sales and business management; with a proven track record of managing sales for logistics, consulting, outsourcing, infrastructure and technologies such as SAP, IBM and Oracle in India and the USA.

Neeraj is with Mahindra Logistics since 2015. Prior to this, Neeraj was Vice President & Global Sales Officer (GSO) (India & Middle East) with Capgemini, where he was instrumental in setting up the sales function of the Local Business Unit in India.

Neeraj brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the Indian business environment. His experience is in all aspects of sales management ranging from sales planning to sales governance and also pre-sales, solution design and program management. In addition, he also possesses significant experience and expertise in pricing and data analysis, with the ability to model, negotiate and execute strategic outsourcing contracts.

Amit is the General Manager - Solutions Design for Supply Chain Management at Mahindra Logistics. He has over 24 years of experience with domain expertise in Solution Design, Project & Operation management, process improvement and business strategy.

An innovative solutions designer, Amit has in-depth knowledge of various sectors such as Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Industrial, and Technology & Healthcare; and has a competency in leveraging process improvement for turning around loss-making units to profitable ones.

Amit is a go-getter with collaborative style of working and possesses experience, language, tools, and frameworks to work with people at various level / geographies and ability to extract best out of the team.
